The connection between the last post and this one is, of course, the wonderful and beautiful Isles of Scilly – however, I must have several thousand photos that have been taken in that location over the years! I chose this one because the flash of the red sail echoes the bright colour of the little boy’s shorts and the line of mooring buoys on the sand 🙂 This is Tresco channel, running between Bryher and Tresco: in the distance you can see St Martins – 3 idyllic and much-loved family haunts.

Nice picture. It is great to go sailing when you have peaceful sea like that. I went sailing once in winter, was freezing…but really fun !
